Who Am I?
Hey there! I'm Adam Ross, a dedicated Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist with a passion for empowering individuals to transform their lives through nutrition. With a professional background in hockey and a commitment to evidence-based practices, I've successfully assisted hundreds of people in achieving their wellness goals.
My Journey:
As a former professional hockey player, my fascination with nutrition was sparked by the profound impact it had on my own performance and well-being. This journey led me to become a registered dietitian, where I've combined my love for sports and nutrition to help others discover the transformative power of a balanced lifestyle.
