Cookie Cake Recipe:
1 (15oz) can of drained chick peas (garbanzo beans)Ā
1/3 Cup almond flour
2/3 Cup almond butter or pb
1/3 Cup brown sugar
1/3 Cup maple syrup
1/2 Cup almond milk
2 Scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp tapioca starch (or 3 TBSP arrow root powder)
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup 70% (or higher)Ā dark chocolate chipsĀ
Ā
-Blend all ingredients together (besides the chocolate chips!) until smooth and pour into 8x8 pan.
-Sprinkle your chocolate chips on top.
-Cook at 350 degrees for around 35 mins or until fully cooked through.
Let cool and cut into 12 pieces!
-Each piece is about 250 calories: 11g Protein, 23g Carbs and 13g Fat
